Yes, contracts are renewed monthly until you cancel, which you can do by a simple email or whatsapp message by the 15th of the month prior to your check out.
All our units are individually alarmed. Your code only disengages your unit’s sensor, leaving all other units alarmed.
The standard insurance we subscribe to for our customers covers up to 3,000 euros for damage and theft. We advise customers to take photos or keep any receipts for goods stored inside the box.
Contact us promptly and after a quick identity check we will immediately send you a new code.
Most of our units are equipped with an electric lock connected to the access control system, but in some boxes the use of a standard padlock is recommended.
We ask for a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. This is returned a few days after your check out.
